Job Description

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement engaging content, monitor social media channels, and interact with our online community.
Responsibilities:
·         Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
·         Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
·         Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
·         Engage with our online community by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content from followers and industry influencers.
·         Track and analyze social media metrics, such as follower growth, engagement rates, reach, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
·         Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our social media presence.
·         Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives, such as email marketing, content marketing, and advertising.
·         Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to create compelling visual content for social media posts.
·         Assist in planning and executing social media contests, giveaways, and promotional campaigns.
·         Monitor and respond to online reviews and ratings on platforms such as Google My Business, Yelp, and Trust pilot.
Requirements:
·         Proven experience as a social media coordinator or similar role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
·         Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
·         Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for each platform.
·         Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
·         Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
·         Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research.
·         Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
·         Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
·         A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
